My usual travel set up (Chromecast connected to travel router) isn't working. We even found a store to buy a new smol router at, no dice

So instead, I'm using my laptop as a wifi hotspot, and connected the Chromecast to that
But my laptop can't be a hotspot and a client at the same time, so it's tethered over USB to my phone, which is in turn on the hotel wifi
